Location

The Park is located on 56.7 hectares (140 acres) of THA owned land on Cove Estate in the Lowlands area of Tobago, south of Mt. Pleasant and east of Canaan-Bon Accord.

It is envisioned that a Micro Entrepreneurial Complex would be established to facilitate Tobago’s infant industries. However, the overall zoning of the Park, in relation to green space will be informed by the range of clusters identified and relevant parcels of land would be leased to successful applicants in a manner that is conducive to effective and efficient production.

Proposed Infrastructure

• Utilities
  Telephone and Electricity will be supplied through the relevant agencies
• Road Access
  The Park will be accessible through a modern road infrastructure.
• Sewerage
  The system of disposal of sanitary wastes (excluding industrial waste water, laboratory waste and waste water from the washing of equipment) will be treated by on lot septic tanks with the effluent being discharged a treatment plant
• Industrial Wastewater
  Each entity will be responsible for the treatments of its industrial wastewater using an approved method.
• Solid Waste
  Non-hazardous solid waste will be hauled off-site to a sanitary landfill.
• Natural Gas
  The site will serve as the landing point for natural gas to Tobago.
• Export Processing Zone
  This site will include an Export Processing Zone which will enjoy the benefit of special and additional investment incentives.
