Roxborough Cottage

The Roxborough Cottage is an agro-processing project of the marketing division of the Tobago House of Assembly.

Under the “Taste of Tobago” brand name, it produces a variety of products which include Smoked Fish, cassava flour, Jams and Jellies, Pickles and Sauces, Fruit and Vegetable Pulps and Candied Fruits.

These products are on the shelves of some of Tobago’s leading supermarkets and have been shipped internationally to satisfy custom orders.
