Jacob's Fishing Enterprise

Jacob’s Fishing Enterprise is a fish processing plant, which was established in 1980. The business is located in the western part of Tobago.

Jacob’s Fishing Enterprise has been exporting their products to Region and North America since 1999. The plant was certified by the United States Food and Drugs Authority (USFDA) as meeting the requirements for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and International Standard Organization (ISO 9000) Standards.

The Plant is upgraded every two (2) years to meet with Local Government Agencies and International Standards. The Plant processes and vacuum packs smoked fish, salted fish, fillet fresh fish and fish steaks.
