All applications for the establishment of an activity at the Park must be processed by the Business Development Unit of the Tobago House of Assembly.

The THA will assist and facilitate the submission of applications; and will help applicants interface with the authorities; but the ultimate responsibility for obtaining the required approvals and formalising service contracts remains with the applicant.
